Friends just recall our childhood,school days which most of them quote as ‘GOLDEN days’.That immaturity,happy moments,pending homeworks,beating from teachers,playing in rain,making fun of others, playing in mud making Holes from bothsides, making Group and changing leader Everyweek,clash with best friends,becoming copy cats in test,cartoons especially Tom & Jerry,that running race,mom hands food………….wat not.

Envisioning to become a Great Doctor,President,Soldier,Industrialist,Sports champion,Scientist,PilotsJ when we recall all this we get a beautifull smile:-) .

But when I recall what we achieved till today and when I see preparations for future I feel short of words to express my heartfelt Emotions.

Today we are in to our Profession we are on a journey having a big luggage of compromises,Self Doubts,Improper Goals,Pulling others leg.
Everybody tells I’m Happy but it’s only outside.
But whats happening inside our mind is we are in a Dark room giving heartout efforts to think about fantascy,programming our mind on negative thoughts,mastering on doubting ourselves,doing projects on ways to quit our dreams and compromise on values.Research on INSTANT GRATIFICATION,Temporary enjoyment,illusions,struggling each and every moment to become Unsuccessfull.

Everybody needs Success but how many of us are putting efforts and having far Vision that “I will do it,no matter what”(winners says so)
We are facing this problem because of improper Interior Decoration of mind-ATTITUDE.
We are slaves of a terrible monster called FEAR. FEAR OF FAILING, FEAR OF UNKNOWN, FEAR OF BEING UNPREPARED, FEAR OF MAKING WRONG DECISION, FEAR OF REJECTION. FEAR OF FUTURE, FEAR OF ALL.
FEAR-False Evidence Appering Real.
What you think is what you Become. we another virus INSIDE US which Our Godfather keeps talking always.

Seeing this a seasional patriots says,"I WILL DO WHATEVER LITTLE BIT I CAN DO FOR MY NATION”.They just promise their patriotism evapourates slowly.
A TRUE patriot says"I shall do it,what ever it takes”. He commits to it.
Losers let it happen,Winners make it happen.
Soldier sacrifies their TODAYS for our TOMOROWS.
Unless we kill our fear we cannot do anything.we should be in such a way that
“FEAR should FEAR to FEAR you”
“Worse thing than a quitter is the person who is afraid to begin”.
In INDIA a concerned citizen feels helpless and lost.He doesn’t know where to start.He wants to do something,but doesn’t know what.He needs direction and finds none.He is angry yet scared.
54% of INDIAN population are below 25years of age
70% of INDIAN population are below 35years of age .but why we are not able to use it.

WHY IS THIS A BIG PROBLEM ?

1.LACK OF MORAL SUPPORT.
Lack of moral support in our Work and for vision which we rarely find in parents,friend,teachers.

2.WE DON’T HAVE A COMMON PLATFORM TO ACHIEVE OUR COMMON GOAL.
we don’t have a platform where we can realize our abilities by discovering our strength and channelize it towards work.

3.GURU TO GUIDE US.

So guru is one who dispel the darkness and brings more Understanding in life.
We don’t have a perfect person who can guide us to reach our Destiny.
The better solution what I can tell you is

* Give more than you get.
* Don't look for something for nothing.
* Always think long term.
* Evaluate your strengths and build on them.
* Always keep the larger picture in mind when making a decision.Never compromise your integrity.
